Clear

Starting to pick up the pace with which I’m completing games, as I’m now on a time limit (and I don’t want to bring my tank of a PS2 anywhere, just for one or two games). In the age of achievements (good) and trophies (not so good), I generally mark a game as done when I won’t return to it/when I feel I’ve gotten all the achievable-achievements from it (not so with trophies).

In general chronological order, since about late-September:

Battlefield 1943 (great)
Shadow Complex (great)
GTA IV: The Lost and Damned (dark/depressing)
Pure (boring)
GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony (fun)
Uncharted (irritating)
Uncharted 2 (excellent and infuriating at the same time)
Forza Motorsport 3 (fun but sterile)
Killzone 2 (quite fun)

Next on the list, in order of probable completion:

Resistance 2
Final Fantasy XII (I’m about halfway)
Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction
LittleBigPlanet
Ridge Racer 7 (only booted once since I bought it, so perhaps not)

Would like to finish before January, but probably unlikely (in decreasing likelyhood):

Beyond Good & Evil (halfway)
Shadow of the Colossus (halfway)
Mass Effect (have to restart, can’t remember the plot or characters)
Fallout 3 (not fun to play)
Alone in the Dark (likewise)
Street Fighter IV (I suck at it)

Unspecified/Will go back:

Modern Warfare 2 (on Veteran)
Battlefield: Bad Company (finished on Hard, but still some achievements I’d like to hunt down)

Luckily, I don’t have much to do with my days…
